    Jack Lambert Strosser is a researcher and consultant working in international (sustainable) development, with a specific interest in development banking in the post-Soviet context, particularly in Ukraine and Central Asia. Other professional interests and foci include the development and financing of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) systems, as well as the geo-economics of development finance and geopolitics more broadly. He holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from Central European University. He speaks Russian, French, and English (mother tongue).
