Lisa Noskova
Research Associate
Lisa Noskova is a Research Associate at Delphi Global Research Center, where she focuses on US military assistance, US–Ukraine relations, and US–Russia relations. She worked with Dr. Bob Hamilton on research and data collection for his recent book China–Russia Relations: The Dance of the Dragon and the Bear (Springer, 2024), and she is currently supporting his new book project examining the effectiveness of U.S. military assistance in deterring aggression. Previously, Lisa was a Research Associate at the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy (CIERP) at The Fletcher School, contributing to the Rising Power Alliances Project. This project analyzed how rising powers form alliances, the durability of these alignments -- particularly within BRICS -- and their implications for the US.
