Dan Bottomley

Daniel Bottomley is a Senior Fellow at Delphi Global Research Center and Director of Public Diplomacy & Global Initiatives in the Department of Political Science & International Relations at the University of Delaware. Since 2015 he has served as Principal Investigator for over 35 Department of State-funded student and scholar Institutes whose themes include leadership, national security policymaking, and US foreign policy. His current research interests explore U.S. public diplomacy, national strategy, and strategic influence; with his forthcoming publication examining Sino-American Competition through the censorship and closings of American Cultural Centers and Confucius Institutes.
